We assist our client in discrimination and sexual harassment claim whether before the court, Tribunal for Anti-Sexual Harassment and Director General of Labour. We aim at assisting our client in amicable resolution of the matter through negotiation whenever possible. If the situation warrants the matter to be heard, we also act vehemently for the best interest of our client. We also handle criminal defence for any prosecution arising from such discrimination and sexual harassment.
We believe in prevention is better than cure. Our team of lawyers also provide scheduled training at the request of employers on elimination of discrimination and anti-sexual harassment, for the benefits of employees to inculcate a safer working environment for every employee.
