On operation level, we advise our client on government initiative and policy on film production incentive, censorship, foreign artiste performance and immigration and withholding tax issues arising thereto.

We also assist our client in the licensing and sale of intellectual property rights in the contents produced and we are experienced in negotiating licensing deals with over the top (OTP) service providers and major film distributors.
