Our team is familiar with situation of conflicting wills, dispute on executor or administrator’s appointment and other circumstances to which administration of estate is disputed. We are experienced in initiating and/or defending contentious probate proceedings.

We understand how emotional and stressful such proceeding may ensue and we strive to act in your best interest whether within or beyond the court rooms. Whenever possible, we assist our client in negotiation amongst their family, in order to reach an amicable settlement. However, when amicable settlement is impossible, we endeavour to protect your best interest before the law.
