We also negotiate extensively on complex licensing deals on copyrighted works. We are conversant with both standard licensing agreement (i.e. IFTA model international licensing agreements) as well as customized licensing agreements. We work relentlessly to assist in the preservation of value of your creative endeavours.

We work closely with Assistant Controller of Copyright in enforcement of infringement of copyright. We constantly keep ourselves informed on latest development of piracy technologies and updates of the laws, in assisting our client to protect their copyrights through enforcement efforts with Assistant Controller of Copyright.

Our works also extend to representation before the Copyright Tribunal in relation to collective management organization, licensing scheme and matters relating to copyrights.
